1. Booking Terms

By booking with Binding Bridges Tour and Travels, you agree to these Terms. All bookings are subject to availability and our confirmation.

To confirm a booking, you must provide accurate traveller and contact details. We may decline requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change before confirmation; once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, the confirmed price is locked for the booked services.

2. Payment Terms

• Advance booking (15+ days): a 20–30% deposit is required to confirm. The remaining balance should be paid 7–15 days before travel (depending on vendor cut-off dates).
• Last-minute booking (< 15 days): full payment is usually required at the time of confirmation.

We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and popular wallets. Online payments are processed via secure payment gateways; we typically receive payment status and reference details rather than full card information.

If applicable, we can share an invoice/receipt. Any taxes (including GST, where applicable) are included as per the final confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or by confirming on WhatsApp with our support team. The effective cancellation date/time is when we acknowledge your request.

• 15+ days before travel: full refund minus processing fees (5% of total amount)
• 7–15 days before travel: 70% refund of total amount
• 3–7 days before travel: 50% refund of total amount
• Less than 3 days: no refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after confirmation. Bank settlement timelines may vary.

4. Modification Policy

Changes to dates, hotels, transport, or traveller details are subject to availability and vendor rules and may involve fare differences or amendment charges.

• 15+ days before travel: date changes are usually free, subject to availability
• Less than 15 days: changes may incur modification fees and vendor penalties

Upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements

It is the traveller's responsibility to carry valid ID proof and any permits/documents required for check-ins, local sightseeing, or restricted areas (if applicable).

We can guide you on typical requirements, but we are not responsible for issues arising from missing, expired, or invalid documents.

Travellers must comply with local laws and regulations in Jammu & Kashmir and any other destinations.

6. Liability & Insurance

We coordinate travel services with third-party vendors (hotels, transport, activities). While we try our best to ensure a smooth experience, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, political unrest, or similar circumstances beyond our control.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

In such cases, we will help you with alternatives (date change, re-routing, rescheduling) or refunds where possible, based on vendor policies and actual recoveries.

8. Complaints & Disputes

If you face any issue during travel, please inform our support team immediately (call/WhatsApp) so we can try to resolve it in real time.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu & Kashmir, India.
